Henri Fantin Latour - Le Vaisseau-Fantôme. Acte III
Summary
The Dutchman and Senta are seen transfigured above the waves. Their eyes are turned, and the Dutchman's right arm is lifted to a bright light that radiates to the left in the sky. The Dutchman is seen from behind and Senta supports him and carries him with her left hand. At the bottom, the feet of the two figures pose on the curving of the ship. (Wagner, the Flying Dutchman, last scene)
