JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Mongolian Armed Forces Brig. Gen. Gursed Saikhanbayar observes the response of an Alaska Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk belonging to the 1st Battalion, 207th Aviation Regiment, April 2, 2016, at the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer during exercise Alaska Shield 2016.
