ISAF Regional Command North deputy commander meets with ANSF leaders at Shir Kahn Border Crossing Point

During a battlefield circulation, U.S. Army Col. Sean P. Mulholland, deputy commander, ISAF Regional Command North, meets with Afghan Border Patrol personnel at the Shir Kahn Border Crossing Point, which is the security checkpoint between Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
