Oscarsteatern is a theatre in Stockholm, Sweden. It opened in 1906 and has been a popular venue for plays, musicals, concerts and other cultural events ever since. The theatre has a seating capacity of 1,200 and is known for its beautiful Art Nouveau architecture and decor. Over the years, many famous performers have graced the stage of the Oscarsteatern, including Edith Piaf, Marlene Dietrich and Frank Sinatra. Today the theatre continues to be a cultural centre in Stockholm, offering a varied programme of performances and events throughout the year.
