Indians view white fathers home in Washington. Leaders of the tribes on the Flathead Indian Reservation of Western Montana take a look at the White House as they visit Washington to be the first tribe to submit a constitution under the terms of the Wheeler-Howard Act. Although these indians are from the Flathead Reservation, they represent the Salish and Kootenai tribes. There have been no Flathead Indians for many years, 10/31/35
