Human resource soldiers serving in leadership roles share experiences during class as part of Silver Scimitar 2012, an exercise focused on HR soldier taskings. Most of the Soldiers training in Silver Scimitar will deploy within the next six months and participate in the exercise to train on new Army HR doctrine and learn tasks including theater gateway and postal operations.
