Arabian Gulf (Aug. 10, 2004) The crew of Motor Vessel EDHA II are greeted by a coalition small boat crew as part of the crews repatriation to Iraq following the sinking of their ship. The EDHA II crew was rescued by the fast combat support ship USS Seattle (AOE 3) and received further care aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Belleau Wood (LHA 3). Belleau Wood is the flagship for Expeditionary Strike Group Three (ESG-3), which is preparing to relieve ESG-2 in the 5th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR).
