Summary
Flying phoenix holding curving sprays of tree peony in deep blue cut velvet on a rectangular foundation of tarnished gold. Border of stylized lotus and leaves reserved in gold on deep blue cut velvet ground. Narrow horizontal panel overlaid across top with two vertical pleats. Circular dragon medalliions flanking lobed central medallion with lucky monogram. Faced with blue cotton.
