Gregory Macris, civilian team leader with the Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team, and a Falls Church, Va., resident, meets with the head leader Hakim Bawarey of the Parwan Youth Center to discuss the future Lincoln Learning Center that will replace the current Youth center, Charikar, Parwan province, Afghanistan, Sept. 20.
