GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Jul 14, 2017) - Cadet Seaman Apprentice Alyssia Wealtherly, Battle Creak, Mich., Cadet Seaman Apprentice Austin Merritt, Marshall, Mich., Cadet Seaman Apprentice Martin Dams, Plainwell, Mich., and Cadet Petty Officer 2nd Class, Mich., from the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Windward Division present honors at the annual presidential wreath laying ceremony. This day would be the 104th birthday of President Gerald R. Ford. The ceremony was held today at Ford's gravesite at the presidential museum.
