Individual Assistance in the form of Other Needs Assistance (ONA) grants are being provided for subsistence area registrants to provide relief from the loss of salmon mills and fish nets and the loss of the fish that will not be caught and harvested in the salmon mills or the fish nets this season in the Unorganized Borough.
