First Lt. Misty Ward from the 452nd Combat Support Hospital, Fort Snelling, Minn., adjusts soft restraints while demonstrating proper procedures for handling violent patients on July 12 at Fort Gordon, Ga., while deployed in support of exercise Global Medic 10. Global Medic is a joint field training exercise for Theater Aeromedical Evacuation System and ground medical components designed to replicate all aspects of combat medical service support allowing participating units to train as they fight.
