Summary
Lot-9435-2: President Asks for Declaration of War, December 8, 1941. President Franklin D. Roosevelt asking a joint session of Congress for a declaration of war against Japan. Behind him sit Vice President Henry A. Wallace, Head of State, and Sam Rayburn, Speaker of the House.
