This O'Connor shot of a fine church surrounded by trees with no leaves to start the week...With thanks to O Mac ( /photos/91549360@N03/ ) and derangedlemur ( /photos/8468254@N02/ ) who almost simultaneously identified this as St Mary's (COI) Church ( http://www.churchofthesloes.ie ) in Killarney, County Kerry. With thanks also to sharon.corbet ( /photos/scorbet/ ) , Niall McAuley ( /photos/gnmcauley/ ) and BeachcomberAustralia ( /photos/beachcomberaustralia/ ) we learned a little more about the church, it's design construction (and reconstruction), and firm suggestions on time of day and time of year.
