BOSSIER CITY, La. (May. 02, 2015) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Gene Bell, left and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Eric Jollota speak to elementary school students about the robots they utilize in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) during a Regional Autonomous Robotics Circuit (RARC) competition at the Bossier City Civic Center. Navy EOD technicians, in town for Navy Week Shreveport, were invited to be judges for the RARC competition. Navy Weeks focus a variety of assets, equipment and personnel on a single city for a week-long series of engagements designed to bring America's Navy closer to the people it protects, in cities that don't have a large naval presence.
