CAROLINA BEACH, N.C.- Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Leveille replaces an electrical component in the tower lighting panel as part of a drill at Loran Station Carolina Beach on August 12, 2008. Drills are part of the daily routine at the Loran station, designed to help the crew troubleshoot problems and keep their radionavigational signal on air and available to users.
