Horizontal rectangle. The river is seen at a narrow point (probably in the neighborhood of Glens Falls, N.Y.), bordered by large trees. Inscribed (in ink) in hte hand of Alice Donlevy: "[scho]ol of Design - Gueglielma Field." Dated on verso by her, 1851.
