Dragoons medics, assigned to Scalpel Medic Troop, Regimental Support Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, conduct casualty evacuation training during their unit's field exercise at Grafenwoehr Training Area, located near Rose Barracks, Germany, Feb. 25, 2015. The purpose of the exercise is to have the unit's medics trained to standard on the handling of mass casualties and casualty evacuations.
