Dr. Debra Zinni, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency forensic anthropologist, speaks about artifacts stored in the DPAA laboratory with Secretary of Defense Ash Carter. While at DPAA, he spoke with service members about the importance of the agency's joint mission in the Indo-Asia Pacific region.
