Dee Eberhart, left, a World War II veteran of the Army’s 42nd Infantry Division, speaks at the Dachau concentration camp liberation commemoration on April 29, 2010 with fellow liberators and camp survivors. Eberhart, now 96, participated in the 2020 teleconference commemorative event to share his memories as a liberator while serving in the 42nd Division.
