(Dec. 05, 2006) Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Liz Miller, assigned to Naval Hospital Charleston, makes her television debut on ABC News 4, thanks to her very well-received recipe for banana nut bread. Several weeks ago, Miller submitted her recipe for her favorite holiday treat to ABC News 4 to compete for the honor of best recipe. Miller was granted the job of 'guest chef' on the affiliate's special segment of "Lowcountry Live." The five-minute segment, filmed at a local market in Mt.
