Several weeks ago, Miller submitted her recipe for her favorite holiday treat to ABC News 4 to compete for the honor of best recipe. Miller was granted the job of 'guest chef' on the affiliate's special segment of "Lowcountry Live." The five-minute segment, filmed at a local market in Mt.
