Summary

Crewmembers of the USS Vandergrift (FFG-48) moor at Changi Naval Base, Singapore, next to the USCGC Waesche (WMSL 751) and the USS Sampson (DDG 102) in preparation for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
