Cpl. Vandoan L. Ngo, 23, from Hercules, Calif., the motor transportation non-commissioned officer for Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, works on some of his paintings, Dec. 2. Ngo's paintings capture landscapes from Tennessee to Iraq and provide a break from the combat environment for the Marines in his company.
