Cpl. James Maloney, a field wireman with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Joint Task Force Enabler detachment, programs a tactical switchboard in Djibouti, March 9, 2015. A contingent of the MEU was ashore in Djibouti conducting sustainment training to maintain proficiency at the beginning of March.
