Counterdrug Task Force members obtaining hoist training certification, look on while fellow trainees complete hoist training, 23 September at Moffett Federal Air Field. This training was conducted by the CDTF for law enforcement agencies who partner with the task force for operations that include inserting and extracting personnel into difficult to reach areas.
