Corner of East Town Street and Pearl

"The photograph shows the Garden Land Company in the buildings on the corner. John M. Walcutt was the president, and the firm operated from 1898-1905. The light wooded structure to the right is the office of Dr. John A. Leeper who opened his office there in 1899. The larger ediface on the far right is the Public School Library. Just past the Garden Land Company on Pearl is the Knepper Brothers Livery and the back of City Hall."
