Component personnel spend Easter in Afghan desert

Deployed members of the E-3A Component pose for a group picture at Camp Marmal, Afghanistan. More than 100 Component personnel spent Easter Sunday forward deployed in support of Operation Afghan Assist. During this deployment, they also supported the Afghan Presidential Election on April 5, 2014, where an estimated 7 million Afghan voters cast their ballots, a 75 percent increase from the 2009 election.
