DONGHAE, Republic of Korea (Mar. 09, 2012) Cmdr. Scott Tait, commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89), greets Rear Adm. Shim Seung Seob, deputy commander of the Republic of Korea navy First Fleet, after mooring in Donghae. Mustin is participating in the annual Foal Eagle exercises with the Republic of Korea. Foal Eagle is a series of training events designed to increase readiness to protect the region and maintain stability on the Korean peninsula.
