Cmdr. Leonard Milliken (left), commanding officer of the guided-missile frigate USS Simpson (FFG 56), receives a plaque for USS Simpson's participation during the African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership operations from Cape Verde's directors and commandants of the coast guard, and national judicial and maritime police at the Maritime Security Center in Praia, Cape Verde.
