PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Petty Officer 2nd Class Douglas Furman, a pollution investigator from Coast Guard Sector Hampton Roads, comes across the fishing vessel Kristy while inspecting the Atlantic Yacht Basin in Chesapeake, Va., for signs of pollution during a patrol down the Elizabeth River at 10:52 a.m., Feb. 9, 2011.
