Chief Master Sgt. Denise M. Jelinski-Hall, left, Senior Enlisted Leader for the National Guard Bureau, visited the New Jersey Youth ChalleNGe Academy, located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, April 20, 2012. After a tour of the Academy facilities, Jelinski-Hall addressed the cadets of class 36 and coined two cadets. Jelinski-Hall is responsible for advising the Chief of the National Guard Bureau on all enlisted matters affecting training and utilization, health of the force, and enlisted professional development of National Guard soldiers and airmen. The New Jersey Youth ChalleNGe Academy, part of the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program, trains and mentors at-risk youth so that they may become productive citizens.
