"Armies of the Balkan Wars 1912-13", by Phillip Jowett reproduces this photograph. He identifies the machine guns as Maxim MG08s on wheeled carriages and suggests, based on the uniform facings, that the soldiers belong to the 6th (HRH King Ferdinand's) Infantry Regiment.
