The Coast Guard Cutter Chock, a 65-foot Small Harbor Tug, is moored to the pier at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore during a welcoming ceremony for the cutter and its crew, Wednesday, July 11, 2012. The cutter changed their homeport from Portsmouth, Va., to Baltimore allowing the Coast Guard to have improved ice-breaking capacity for the upper Chesapeake Bay and Port of Baltimore.
