Celebration of the 235th Marine Corps birthday
Summary
Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James F. Amos and Lt. Col. William Swan, commanding officer of the Death Rattlers of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323, stand at attention as the VMFA-323 Honor Guard parades the colors during a ceremony in celebration of the 235th Marine Corps birthday in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. John A. Lejeune, originally published on Nov. 1, 1921. VMFA-323 is currently embarked aboard Ronald Reagan completing a Composite Training Unit Exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
