CCDC AvMC technologist wins Distinguished Presidential Rank Award
Summary
Dr. Mark B. Tischler, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command
Aviation & Missile Center senior technologist with the Aviation Development
Directorate, receives the 2018 Distinguished Presidential Rank Award at a
Pentagon ceremony June 17. Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark T. Esper, who
hosted the program, and Gen. Gustave T. Perna, U.S. Army Materiel Command
commanding general, made the presentation to Tischler, who has been with
CCDC AvMC for 35 years. This is the second time Tischler has received this
honor.
