PACIFIC OCEAN (May. 13, 2008) Capt. Thomas Marshall, a medical doctor assigned to Fleet Surgical Team 5 feels for a patient's hernia while Project Hope's Dr. R. Dirk Noyes prepares to cauterize the incision with a high-frequency electric pen. Both doctors are embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) during Continuing Promise (CP) 2008.
