Capt. Chris Strelluf, currently assigned to 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Task Force "Raider," interacts with a local soccer player June 8, during a ribbon cutting ceremony which signified the official opening of a new soccer field in sub district one of Kandahar City. The new field was one of many projects headed by TF "Raider" and their Afghan national security forces partners in their joint-reconstruction efforts to improve quality of life, safety and security for residents of Kandahar City.
