"The BROTHERHOOD FLAG consists of five equal stripes of equal width. The length of the flag is twice the width of the five stripes combined. Each stripe represents one of the five groups of the human race, namely: red, white, brown, yellow and black. Respectful display of this flag will help promote unity, equality, freedom, peace, brotherhood and a genuine respect for international law, among all peoples of th earth."
