Significance: Built six years earlier, in 1911, the livery and feed barn is an unusual surviving example, in nearly original condition, of a structure integral to an earlier mode of transportation. It was owned by Lloyd Cox, and operated under the proprietorship of W.A. Talley, Cox's brother-in-law.
