Washington, D.C. (Dec. 07, 2004) Brig. Gen. Dari Rajeb Al Zaben, Royal Jordanian Naval Force, is congratulated by Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Vern Clark, after receiving the Legion of Merit. Brig. Gen. Al Zaben was recognized for his focused efforts to train Royal Jordanian Naval forces to enhance its terrorist intervention capabilities and the policing of Jordan's borders, resulting in stronger maritime security in the Red Sea.
