Brig. Gen. Christopher Cavoli, commanding general of the Joint Multinational Training Command, speaks to the soldiers who participated in Steppe Eagle 2014 during the closing ceremony here Oct. 13, 2014. Steppe Eagle is an annual multi-lateral exercise conducted by Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense, U.S. Army Central and the Arizona Army National Guard to enhance their peacekeeping and peace support operation capabilities.
