MARIN COUNTY, Calif. - Dr. Michael Ziccardi, Director of the Oiled Wildlife Care Network, assists a boy to set rehabilitated birds free at Hearts Desire Beach Nov. 24, 2007.Thirty-one previously oiled birds were released today. Three were gulls, nine grebes and 19 surf scoters.
