ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sep. 17, 2013) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) 3rd Class Keith Wagner collects samples of JP-5 from the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Kanawha (T-AO 196) during an underway replenishment aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). Kanawha transferred more than 600,000 gallons of JP-5 jet fuel to Theodore Roosevelt during the first underway replenishment in more than four years.
