A man in the character of Arion (John Bright), playing the lyre, seated on a dolphin with a man's head, at centre, lettered with 'Anti Corn League' (Richard Cobden), surrounded by other large fish with men's heads (among them Sir Robert Peel, James Weir Hogg), watched by a group of men from a ship at left, lettered with 'Monopoly' (among them Lords Russell, Palmerston, Howick). 1 July 1844
