Waldemar Abel Sanguinetti, and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (NAVSO) Director of Exercises and Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) Capt. Steven Blaisdell review and sign a Memorandum of Understanding, which outlined the discussed plans for U.S. and Argentine interactions for 2008. The plans were discussed during the U.S. Navy and Armada Argentina (Argentine Navy) Operational Naval Committee (ONC Argentina) conference which helps support the U.S. Navy's new Maritime Strategy, emphasizing cooperative relationships with international partners.
