PACIFIC OCEAN (Sep. 22, 2007) An F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the "Flying Eagles" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 122, flies over Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln is underway off the coast of Southern California conducting Fleet Replacement Squadron Carrier Qualification to certify new pilots to launch and recover aircraft aboard a carrier at sea.
