An Afghan national army medic applies a field dressing to the leg of a local Afghan national policemen, during medical training at the Farah fire base Jan. 28. ANA medics attend continuing education classes designed for them by the Ministry of Health to make them more proficient combat medics. Their classes are taught by coalition doctors, physician assistants and medics stationed in Farah.
