An Afghan man has his retinas photographed by a U.S. Marine assigned to Police Advisory Team 4 (PAT-4) using a Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit at an Afghan Uniformed Police (AUP) checkpoint in Kajaki District, Helmand Province, Afghanistan on Dec. 2, 2012.
