An Afghan and coalition security force wait to depart to an operation in Andar district, Ghazni province, Feb. 11, 2013. The operation led to the arrest of a Taliban leader that was a direct attack leader with some logistical and command responsibilities. He was actively engaged in the arms trade involving small arms, heavy machine guns, rocket-propelled grenades and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
