YOKOSUKA, Japan (Apr. 28, 2013) Airman James O'Neal from Hartsville, S.C., applies a coat of deck gray paint to a pad eye used to secure aircraft and flight deck equipment to the U.S. Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73).
